Referral program

Know a company sitting on years of records? Get paid for the introduction.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the company. Describe it without naming it if you like. No data, no files. It takes about two minutes by email or on the valuation form ("I'm referring a company").
  2. We check the fit. Size, history, who owns the data and whether the owner is open to a conversation.
  3. We do the work. Nobody is contacted until you agree how to approach the owner.
  4. You get paid if a license closes, once we've been paid.

Good fits

  • 25+ people at desks, US-based
  • 3+ years on the same tools
  • Owns its own work records
  • Owner or CEO open to a conversation
  • Not already talking to us
Who refers

People business owners already trust

Accountants & fractional CFOs

You know which clients have years of clean records and could use non-dilutive cash.

Lawyers & fractional GCs

You'll spot the rights questions first. Check your professional rules on referral fees before you accept one.

IT & software consultants

You know where the data lives and whether the history survived the last migration.

Business brokers & M&A advisers

A license before a sale can add cash without giving up equity, if exclusivity is timed to the exit.

Wind-down & restructuring firms

A closing company's records can be worth more than its furniture, if the accounts aren't cancelled first.

What doesn't qualify

Customer lists, contact lists and purchased data. We license everyday work records, not lists of people.
